Directions to The Pines, Nant-y-moel, Ogmore Vale

1) Exit at Junction 36 off M4 westbound.
2) Take the 1st right to the next roundabout (approx 100 yards).
3) Take 2nd exit off the roundabout, signposted for Brynceyhin A4061.
4) Continue on the A4061 through the traffic lights.
5) Go straight on at the mini roundabout
6) Continue on the A4061 for approximately 2 miles to Blackmill
7) To the left will be a filling Station and a Londis Store.
8) Continue for approximately 3 miles towards Ogmore Valley passing a Crematorium on the left and a Filling Station on the right.
9) Approximately 200 yards ahead there is a Remax Estate agency, Turn immediately left before the Remax building and continue on this road for approximately 1.5 miles.
10) You will pass forestry on your left and a small row of approx 5 houses and a small cottage. Immediately after the cottage you will see approx 4 acres of open countryside that leads up a hill off Glanavon Terrace.
11) This is the land that will be developed.
